Author of "The Wounded Storyteller: Body, Illness and Ethics" Professor Arthur W Frank will attend both main days of Congress. 

 

He will give the opening plenary session on "Narratives of Dying and the Ideals of Palliative Care"

 

And has kindly agreed to

- be a panel member in the "Question Time" style debate
- give a masterclass on narrative research and end-of-life care
- present a symposium on narrative-based ethics.
