We are aware that a small number of attendees have experienced difficulties when attempting to purchase tickets using a university issued credit card. After investigating, we have identified that the issue is related to the security settings applied to certain university cards. We are working to implement a solution to prevent this from occurring at future events.

For those wishing to secure the early bird rate, the most effective workaround at this time is to complete the purchase using a personal credit or debit card and then request reimbursement through your organisation’s usual expense process.

We are able to issue invoices for group bookings; however, please note that we can no longer provide invoices at the early bird rate, as this pricing period is due to close.
